Public educational content, funding reminders, and question submission stay open to everyone. You get 1 free soil assessment report. Additional reports cost $9 each or $29 for a pack of 5. A free SHE account lets you save knowledge and create one farm profile without a card. My Farm membership costs $9/month or $90/year after a 30-day free trial with a card on file. Students with a verified recognized institutional email and a Student profile receive standard My Farm free without a card. Every assessment report is included with student access, paid membership, or a card-backed trial. Need more than 3 new sampling plans a month? Unlimited Sampling adds unlimited plan generation, storage for 500 sampling campaigns, and sampling PDFs without SHE attribution. Your total My Farm membership is $29/month or $290/year. A My Farm trial includes 1 distinct Field Pack. QIs and advisers use a separate practitioner workspace for multi-client CEMA work. After membership ends, existing My Farm records remain available in read-only form.

Yes. Sign in with your college or university email, choose Student, and complete your profile. Recognized institutional emails receive standard My Farm at $0, including soil assessment reports, saved field records and plans, reminders, Action Packs, private adviser summaries, and three new sampling plans per month. No card or 30-day trial applies to student access. Visit /students for activation steps and help with an unrecognized institution. Unlimited Sampling and professional client projects use their separate plans.

My Farm is a private soil-health decision workspace for keeping your questions, assessment reports, seasonal soil trends, cover-crop plans, action reminders, saved knowledge, and funding opportunities together. You can export your records or share a private, view-only farm summary with an adviser, then turn off access whenever you want. The public exchange stays open to everyone.

No. Enter your email on the My Farm page and use the secure link we send, or choose Google sign-in when available. If you are new, verification creates your free SHE identity automatically; if you are returning, it signs you into the same identity. Creating an account does not start a paid membership. A Qualified Individual may use that identity for a separate practitioner workspace, but client projects, farm-owned records, permissions, entitlements, and billing do not merge with My Farm.
