Per-acre cover crop cost-share, up to $75,000 in assistance per participant • Land must follow an annual row crop or vegetable; perennial crops, pasture, and hayland are not eligible. New for FY2027: $5/acre extra for early aerial application. The district may reduce the per-participant maximum if enrollment exceeds available funding.
