What you can get
Up to 75% with no data reporting requirement; 80% or 90% available in exchange for greater data collection commitments • Maximum $150,000 per approved project (at the 90% tier, when no other funding partners contribute). Property must have been in production at least one year. Projects must implement BMPs from the adopted Title 5M manuals. No duplication of benefits with NRCS, other state programs, insurance, FEMA, or HUD.

- producer, Florida producers and landowners with an active Notice of Intent to Implement Agricultural BMPs on the project parcel, property in production at least one year, and either an Implementation Verification site visit in the two years preceding the application or BMP Program enrollment within the last 15 months

- Intake is CLOSED as of August 2026 — the portal states applications received exceeded available state funds, and FDACS may reopen if more funding arrives. Oversubscribed, not defunded. When open, review is continuous in order received. Contact OAWPCostShare@FDACS.gov before referring producers.
