- Eligibility
- You must be a specialty crop producer in Iowa and hold (or plan to obtain) a PSA Grower Training certificate. Participants complete at least $3,000 in qualifying purchases, a consultation call, a kickoff webinar, and a survey. Items reimbursed cannot also be claimed under USDA FSA's Food Safety Certification for Specialty Crops Program.
