What you can get
Up to $600,000 per loan • Fixed rates by term: 3% up to 7 years, 4% at 10 years, 5% at 15 years, 6% for equipment or second-mortgage collateral. Eligible practices include irrigation equipment, no-till drills, animal feeding operation improvements, livestock fencing, and stream bank/riparian protection. New projects only — no refinancing of completed work.
