Up to $28,000 maximum payment per year • 90% reimbursement of direct costs; remaining 10% treated as grower cost share • $5,000 flat participation rate plus $500 bonus per acre up to 26 acres (not to exceed $13,000 per operation) • $10,000 maximum per year direct-cost reimbursement (materials, labor, testing, equipment, rentals)

- Eligibility
- Required FSA forms include farm records, maps, CCC-901/902, AD-1026, AD-2047, CPA-52. Cannot receive NRCS program funding for the same practice on the same ground. Eligible practices: nutrient management, no-till, reduced till, short-season cover crops, conservation crop rotation, irrigation water management, soil carbon amendment, mulching. Separate from the NRCS Regenerative Pilot Program.
