- Due November 23, 2026. Round 10 (RFP 0430) is open. Farmers cannot apply directly: county Soil and Water Conservation Districts submit proposals on behalf of farms, and projects must come through the Agricultural Environmental Management (AEM) framework. District proposals are due November 23, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. (questions to the State Committee by October 23, 2026). If you want a project in this round, contact your county SWCD well before the district deadline.
