What you can get
Tax credits cover 50%, 75%, or 90% of eligible conservation BMP costs. • Agricultural operations may receive up to $250,000 in tax credits over 7 years. • First-come, first-served PA income tax credits for practices including cover crops, no-till equipment, grazing, manure management, nutrient management, livestock exclusion, and riparian buffers. Credits can be sold or transferred one year after issuance. State- or federal-cost-share portions of a project are not eligible for REAP credits.
