Vermont Pay for Performance Program
Vermont Agency of Agriculture, Food and Markets
What you can get
Performance-based payments scaled to whole-farm phosphorus loss reductions, modeled in the FarmPREP tool • Farms already enrolled in FAP, EQIP, CSP, or RCPP may apply but waive the Year 1 Practice Payment, receiving instead a Data Entry Payment of $50/field up to $3,000. An up-to-date Nutrient Management Plan is required at application. Competitive — only a portion of applicants are selected.
