A concrete example
An Extension specialist teaches farmers how to use soil-test results. SHE enrolls the group, organizes the lesson into field-ready steps, gives each farmer a place to save reports and actions, routes follow-up questions, and reports aggregate participation back to the sponsor.
SHE does not replace the specialist, guarantee practice adoption, or issue a certified regulatory nutrient-management plan. Where credentials or local approval are required, the qualified professional remains responsible for review and sign-off.
