CEMA 216 · Soil health testing
David P. Huber, Ph.D., founder of IM-WEST Consulting, carries out CEMA 216 soil sampling. He holds an M.S. in Soil Science and has at least two years of experience collecting soil samples for laboratory analysis. His work connects soil measurements with practical land-management decisions.
