Each credit covers one participant, contract, and field, including its sampling documents, operational exports, report, and revisions. Each additional field needs its own credit. Laboratory testing, travel, sampling labor, and professional review are priced separately.

For seasonal batches: annual billing includes 12 projects upfront. For steady work, monthly billing adds one project per paid billing month, up to 12 per allowance year.
Small practice or district

3 professional seats and 36 projects for a full paid year. Midyear annual upgrades prorate the additional project allowance. Downgrades take effect at the next billing period.
Project Passes and the earned course project retain same-project revision and download access. Subscription-funded projects become read-only when subscription access ends; saved reports and fieldwork remain downloadable. New work and reusable profiles require active access. Additional $29 credits are available to active subscribers.
Your first report export or fieldwork save fixes the participant, contract, and field. Fieldwork also fixes the field boundary; revised sample locations and collection records stay within that field.
The Soil Health Exchange Certificate of Completion records course completion. It does not establish NRCS QI eligibility. Earning a project credit never enrolls you in a subscription.
Intake and evidence-chain previews remain free. Real-project results, interpretation, full audit, handoff, storage, and final exports belong to practitioner access.
